The Cincinnati BDS, Inc. is a full service business
resource center. Through the three programs shown above, it provides
management and technical assistance to increase business opportunities
for minorities in the United States and foreign markets. Cincinnati BDS,
Inc. provides a wide range of services which include, but are not

to general and sub contractors in their procuring of government,
industrial, commercial and private contracts.

Mr. Martin served as founder and
Executive Director of the Cincinnati Minority Business Assistance
Corporation from 1976 until January 1995. Mr. Martin also served as
Assistant Director of the State of Ohio's O.M.B.E. Program, prior to
founding the now State-wide M.C.B.A.P. (Minority Contractor Business
Assistance Program), currently operating in nine (9) Ohio cities. Mr.
Martin operated the Minority Business Enterprise Program for the City of
Cincinnati for eleven (11) consecutive years, through competitive bid.
Mr. Martin has over thirty years of "hands-on" experience in the
minority business development arena, including serving as the Executive
Director of the Cincinnati Minority Business Development Center from
1986 until December 2006.
Mr. Martin has conducted numerous workshops op., among others,
"Franchising"," Business Plan Development", and "Alternative Sources of
Finance" . He has served as Chair of the Black Business Support Group,
member of the Black Male Coalition, as well as, regional and national
Advisory Boards.

Vanessa R. Moore,

Ms. Moore has had twenty years of
experience in working with computer and data processing. She has
experience in writing communication programs to heighten awareness
through media and utilized computer programs and word processing for
on-site and off-site files and has been responsible for both alpha and
numeric data entry. She has also carried out specific and routine
assignments related to the administration of the program. She provides
services by expediting the administrative detail work necessary to the
area administered by the Executive Director while performing a high
level of secretarial and clerical support to the agency. Ms. Moore is
also responsible for processing all new incoming clients and general
client field maintenance. She has conducted training workshops and has
excellent communication skills.
